As our installation volume grows, we are expanding our network of preferred installation partners to support residential system replacements and upgrades.
OPPORTUNITY OVERVIEW
We are looking to partner with experienced residential HVAC installation crews who take pride in clean work, strong communication, and professional standards.
This is a subcontract partnership — not an employee position — ideal for established crews looking for consistent installation opportunities with an organized company.
Our goal is to build long-term working relationships with crews who want reliable work without dealing with sales, scheduling, or customer acquisition.

SCOPE OF WORK
Installation partners will primarily perform:
• Residential system replacements (split systems & heat pumps)
• Air handler and condenser installations
• Basic IAQ accessory installs (UV lights, thermostats, etc.)
• Equipment startup and verification
• Clean jobsite practices and documentation
PARTNER REQUIREMENTS
• Proven residential installation experience
• Own tools and transportation
• Ability to complete installs to manufacturer standards
• Proper licensing where required
• General liability insurance (or ability to obtain)
• Professional communication with homeowners and our team
• Reliable scheduling and job completion
COMPENSATION
Piece-rate / per-install pay based on system type, scope, and complexity.
Payment terms and expectations are discussed prior to partnership onboarding.
Preferred partners may receive priority scheduling as volume increases.
