These guys are truely professionals. They came in, they removed the old unit, installed the new unit, programmed the thermostat, cleaned up, made sure we were satisified, and then collected their fee. ASR is great. Easy appointment scheduling, they were on time, they quickly diagnosed the issue (needed capacitor replaced), they had the replacement on hand, their fee was about 10x less than what Frank Gay quoted me, they fixed my AC, then they left. Off to save another Floridian from this savage tropical climate.
