Javon and his team did an awesome job removing our old AC and replacing it with a new one. He is so responsive, helpful and honest. The pricing was fair and he does not try to oversell anything. I even recommended him to my sister who will be having him replace her AC. It’s rare these days to be able to get honest work and good customer service. I’ll also be using him to help with my other property which is having some AC duct issues. 5/5 stars hands down. Hardworking, honest and nice to work with. Family owned company and a great experience all around.

This is our first experience with ASR. From the first phone call on has been great! Garth did an outstanding job diagnosing and repairing our AC system. He was professional, courteous, and clearly very knowledgeable. From the moment he arrived, he took the time to explain what he was checking, what he was finding, and what the different repair options were. I never felt pressured and always felt informed throughout the process. What impressed me most was his experience and troubleshooting ability. He quickly identified the issue, performed a thorough leak test, repaired the leak, replaced the capacitor, and got our system back up and running much faster than I expected. After having about 3 companies come out telling me something different everytime which included a new compressor, then new coils, then new AC unit, Garth was able to trouble shoot and provide the repair needed in a cost effective manner. We had to wait on the part and the communication was excellent to ensure I would receive the repair as quickly as possible. I felt like Garth treated my AC like his own.
